We've been selling homes in North Cyprus for more than 24 years. In that time the market has changed a lot. Kyrenia has grown, Iskele and Long Beach have filled with new projects, and buyers now come from every corner of the world. We've seen what goes right for buyers, and we've seen what goes wrong.
Our clients are families moving here for good, retirees looking for sunshine, investors, and local owners selling or letting their homes. Most of them are buying abroad for the first time. That is a big step, and we don't take it lightly.
We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust
North Cyprus is a small place. People talk, and our name is the most valuable thing we have. So we say it as it is. If a title deed needs a closer look, we tell you. If a project looks too good to be true, we tell you that too. Sometimes it costs us a sale. We're fine with that.

We built our own technology, and our whole business runs on it: our website, our listings, a sales CRM that matches buyers with the right homes, a management system that keeps track of every enquiry, and the first online property valuation in North Cyprus.
