What we keep about your visit, why we keep it, and how to say no.

Our own visitor statistics

We count visits to this site ourselves, on our own server. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks or any other company's trackers, and we never sell or share what we count.

For each visit we keep the pages you opened and for how long, the site that sent you, your browser, device and screen size, and your country and city, which we work out from your internet address.

If you accept cookies, we keep one cookie (se_vid) so we can recognise your next visit, and we keep your full internet address. If you choose essential only, there is no cookie and we cut the end off your address before we save it, so your visits from one day cannot be linked to the next.

Visit details are deleted after about two years. Daily totals, which say nothing about anyone, are kept.

When you contact us

When you send an enquiry, ask for a valuation or create an account, we keep what you send so our consultants can help you. From then on we can see which homes you looked at on this site, so we can suggest the right ones.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us or ask your consultant. Contact us
