We'd rather lose a sale than lose a client's trust. You tell buyers the truth about every home, even when it costs you the deal. Their money only goes where it should, and they always have their own lawyer.
In the office we say “Takipsiz müşteri sayısı = 0”. Every enquiry has an owner and a next step in our CRM, and nobody is left waiting for an answer.
Who we're looking for
We can teach you property. We can't teach you these.
You finish what you start. If a client is waiting for an answer, it bothers you.
You're honest with people, even when the honest answer loses a sale today.
Your English is good. Turkish, Russian, German, Persian, Arabic or any other language is a big plus.
You want to build something of your own: your own clients, your own name, your own income.
You can work legally in North Cyprus. If you're not a TRNC citizen you'll need a work permit. Ask us and we'll explain how it works.
