Our review promise
A review is only useful if you can believe it. So these are our rules.
Every review here is from a real buyer, seller or tenant we worked with. No friends, no staff.
We don't touch what clients write. If a review is long we shorten it, and link to the full version.
No money, no discounts, no gifts. Nobody is paid to say nice things about us.
We ask every client, not only the happy ones. When someone is unhappy, we answer them in public.
How to check any estate agent in North Cyprus
Use it on us. Use it on anyone else you're talking to as well.
Read reviews on more than one site, including Google. Look at the dates. Read the bad ones too, and how the agent replied.
Ask to speak to a past buyer from your country who bought something similar. Any agent worth trusting can arrange that.
Ask about the title deed for every home you like. A good agent will explain the type and the risks in plain words. The truth about title deeds

Use your own independent lawyer, not one chosen by the seller. If an agent doesn't tell you this, be careful.
Never pay cash without a signed receipt, and never pay into a personal account.
Talk to a past buyer
Reviews are good. A real conversation is better. Tell us a little about you and we'll ask a past client with a similar story if they're happy to talk.
